A Saturday in the city
19 October, 2009 in Sara-Lee in Amsterdam, Street art with 2 comments
Even though Amsterdam is a big city it feels like a small one. You can walk or bike wherever you want and I love it that me and all my friends live really close to each other. Last Saturday me and Kris went for a trip in the city to do some shopping. Well, beer shopping (we stopped every hour for a new one).

Love the face of the guy in the background.

We saw loads of canals, of course.

And some street art. Simply a lovely Saturday in lovely Amstedam.
A catch up
10 October, 2009 in Sara-Lee in Amsterdam with 2 commentsWhile my flat mate is asleep I thought I should pay this blog some attention. This week I’ve moved into a new apartment. After living in a suitcase since June I’ve finally found a place I can call my home. Next to a canal and a coffee shop it couldn’t feel more Amsterdam.
The last two weeks have been very hectic and I’ve been pending between work and my bed. On todays schedule is a trip to IKEA and tonight I’m going to Malin’s houseboat birthday party.
A more detailed update will follow in a couple of days.
Busy, lazy Sunday

“Why don’t I know how to dance like that?”, via Wiktor.
Started this Sunday with a couple of hours at the office. A lot of things are happening tomorrow and next week that needs to be prepared.
The rest of the night will be spend in front of the Tv together with Tobias, Wiktor and some pizza.
“New works” at Sid Lee Collective Gallery
8 September, 2009 in Events, Sara-Lee in Amsterdam with no comments
Went to Sid Lee last Thursday to check out Eddy Chartier and Merijn Hos’s art exhibition. I have to admit that I mostly went there to meet my friends (which I had not had the time and to hangout with until then). Among drinks and post-its I found:

Tobias

Sean

Malin

Olle and Jenny

and Andreas
